I've been ordering from Bradley’s Fish for quite a while now, and their seafood is consistently fantastic, really high quality. The deliveries are punctual and come in excellent shape. I plan to keep using them for many more years. Truly awesome fish.

Ever since I placed my initial order with Bradley’s, I haven’t looked back to shop for seafood anywhere else. The quality of their products is top-notch, and the delivery is always dependable and super fresh. I left a 2-star rating because some items were fine, but others were a letdown. I've shopped at Bradley’s before and was always pleased with their service and products. Unfortunately, my latest order of 6 items included 2 that had only 2 months left before they expired, which is way too short for frozen goods in bulk, if you ask me. The rest of the items had over 6 months, which is better. In my last order, the frozen products had between 9 and 18 months of shelf life. When I reached out to the company, they mentioned they were sourcing from different suppliers to keep prices down. If that means I get products with a short shelf life, then I guess I won't be ordering from them again.

The seafood service was fantastic, and the quality was top-notch. I was really impressed with how fresh everything tasted. Definitely a place I’d recommend to anyone who loves seafood!

Steer clear of this place! I placed an order for Turbot skin fillet on Friday the 16th at about 10:00 am, and I paid for delivery on Saturday. It showed up three days later on Monday the 19th. The fillet was thawed out; the courier had it sitting around without a freezer for more than two days. What I got instead of fresh frozen Turbot was a stinky, spoiled fish. Customer service didn’t bother to respond to my complaint.

I ran into a bit of a snag with the delivery since my items didn’t show up on the date I picked. But hey, it was the week before Christmas, so I get it—things were hectic. Thankfully, the items were still frozen and in great shape, even though they came a day late. I did notice one item was missing, but Eileen was super helpful and refunded me right away. I wish I could give a full 5 stars, but the delivery hiccup, which I know was on the courier, holds me back a bit. Still, I’m overall pleased (hence the 4-star rating) and would definitely order again. I’ve shopped at Bradleys before without any issues, so I chalk this up to the busy holiday season and courier problems.

The jellied eels showed up frozen and the seals were popped. I had ordered two packs of brown shrimp, but only one made it to me. I was told I was lucky to even get part of my order since things are crazy this year and they’re struggling to keep up. The courier was blamed for the eels being frozen. I was advised to heat the jelly in the microwave and then let it chill in the fridge to get it back to normal. Really poor service. I would’ve preferred a whole new order instead of just a refund for the shrimp.

The fish showed up right on schedule, and I got a heads-up when it arrived. No weird orders were mixed in, and the crab was securely packaged. Everything I requested came through without any issues. I’ll surely be placing another order with them. The fish was absolutely delicious!

This was my first trip to Bradley’s! I had no idea what to anticipate since I was looking for specific fish, and after a quick search, Bradleys came up. Upon entering through the industrial plastic curtain, I was blown away by the variety of fish from around the globe available! With so many options, I was totally at a loss for what to pick for my dinner party! My confusion must have been written all over my face! Enter SUPER WENDY!! I made sure to remember her name because she was truly one of the most helpful, respectful, and fantastic people I’ve ever encountered in any store! Huge thanks for your assistance once again, and I’ll definitely be returning!

I ordered marinated butterflied king prawns, but they were nowhere near as tasty as the previous batch. The last ones arrived in neat 500g boxes with individual sleeves, but this time I got a 1kg plastic bag where everything was all stuck together, making it a hassle to separate. These prawns aren't even king-sized and are super dry with no flavor at all. Turns out, they’re from a different supplier, not the Thai Star butterfly marinated prawns I thought I was getting. I'm really let down and won't be buying these again. Order Number 332722

We had a major problem with one of the delivery drivers parking right outside our place. The van reeked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages.

At one point, he had fish in there from Saturday afternoon until Monday morning, and the van wasn’t even refrigerated. There’s still some nasty fish liquid leaking onto the street.

I seriously doubt your fish is fresh, and I totally get why some other folks have ended up with food poisoning.

This seems like a company that doesn’t care much about the public, or at least employs drivers who don’t give a hoot.

I’d recommend skipping this place and looking for alternatives.
